Project Description
Approached by a private client to carry out all necessary remedial and bespoke works to create a dual purpose media room and gym within the former sub-teranium snooker room which had unfortunately suffered extensive water damage. Due to the large extent of water ingress it was necessary to strip the entire room back and slowly start over. With the schedule of works consisting but not limited to the following elements.
The project included much extensive remedial work to create this new stylish and functional space. Comprising of entirely new ceilings with bespoke plaster dentil mouldings and feature perimeter lit rafts. Every wall was to be re-lined and plaster finished ready to accept the bespoke half height paneling, dado and skirting features. An entirely new imported maple hardwood flooring was laid throughout and our in house workshop facilities were employed to create the beautifully integrated AV cabinetry (Lutron control systems were wired throughout) and bespoke radiator cases alongside traditional mortice and tenon etched glass with raised and fielded paneled doors and classic trim work.
The result being an inspiring classic contemporary living space providing dual functions considered by many to be very “En Vogue”.
